Huge hospital, could be better about managing their own resources. Weird rules about nurses taking vitals in the AM while also trying to pass meds and do assessments. Uses telemediq to text doctors and other staff which is helpful. I got floated between 6 different units in the 3 months I was there. It was a lot to take in, but then I got used to it.
