Critical Care Float Pool/Resource Team — float to all ICUs and to PCU/IMC. Good patient ratios, helpful charges, hardworking techs. Great providers that were responsive and available- put in orders, responded to pages, came to the bedside as requested. Overall very good experience — would recommend. Staff was a little reserved at first but warmed up once they saw my work ethic.
