This is a teaching hospital. That being said, the only people they teach are the people they like and know. Management sends lengthy weekly emails that are essentially generalized complaints about staff. Leadership staff struggle to have a constructive conversation without becoming offended. If you choose to work here, keep your head down and do your assignment. Don't be seen, don't be heard.
