Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital Center

I contracted with the float pool for MedSurg/Tele. The staff were overall friendly, but not super helpful. Orientation was not helpful for learning the hospital workflow or policies. Float Pool management was helpful and flexible with my scheduling. Resources, equipment, and supplies are very limited. The cafeteria is not open on weekends or holidays. Parking is free on site, but there have been frequent incidents of employee cars being broken into. Overall, my experience here was frustrating on MedSurg/Telemetry units.
