50/50 travelers to staff. Half of the staff hate travel nurses openly. Some of the triage nurses bully travelers to the point of negatively impacting patient care. The charge nurses who hate travelers are rude and condescending in their communication and are unwilling to help travelers with even so much as dual sign off on meds. The staff that are friendly to travel nurses are apologetic, supportive, and offer to help consistently.
